1. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards. Please note that credit card processing fees will apply and are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • 48-Hour Grace Period: Guests who cancel within 48 hours of booking will receive a 100% refund, as long as the check-in date is more than 14 days away.

  • Cancellations 60+ Days Before Check-In: Guests who cancel 60 or more days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount. This allows us time to rebook the property.

  • Cancellations Within 60 Days of Check-In: Cancellations made fewer than 60 days before check-in are non-refundable, unless they qualify under the 48-hour grace period above.

  • Credit Card Fees: If a refund is issued, please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
